Project Concept:
The project concept is simple:
Customers will fill out a form to request a quote on services. The results are emailed to subscribers (service providers), who can then opt to purchase the full information.
The code must be written in CakePHP, and only Custom Code as this will be intended for commercial release
NOTE: PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO DEVELOPERS WITH VERY GOOD CSS SKILLS, SO THAT WE DO NOT HAVE TO ADD COSTS FOR SOMEONE TO MODIFY THE ENTIRE CSS, SIMPLY FOR AESTHETICS.
Project Summary:
- The Customer website (separate domain) is a simple joomla website that only requires a form that will allow the customer to request a quote on services. The form results (theser are called Leads) are posted to the database within the Subscriber website. The quote request form will be a module that can easily be installed.
- The Subcriber Website has three sections
-The public section is joomla based, and will require basic sign up forms
- The secure section which will allow Subscribers and Customers to manage their accounts. Customers can review previous history of quote requests. Subscriber function is listed in the project details below.
- The admin section will allow site administrator to control subscription settings, manage payments, etc.
Project Details (This is just a summary of features, full descriptions will be emailed to shortlisted bidders):
- Email Notifications
- Account Management (transaction history, payments, credits system, refunds, etc)
- Postal Codes and Zones (quote requests are sent to subscribers based on postal codes. Subscribers can receive quote requests based on specific postal codes or zones which are groups of postal codes)
- Subscriber Management (plans, status)
- Lead Management (history, status)
- Reports (filters, auto generated)
- Admin Dashboard
IMPORTANT PROJECT NOTES:
- Project must be delivered in 5 weeks. If you cannot meet this requirement, PLEASE DO NOT BID.
- A maximum of 1 week after project delivery is allowed for bug fixes.
- All codes must be custom. This is intended for future commercial release
