CSS Templates And Small PHP Tweak To Simple Web Tool

Hello, I'm using a simple PHP web tool that presents 5 different web pages to users. The tool allows you to create another "template" for the look and feel of the entire site. You'll see the "basic" template folder. This is the one you'll edit. You'll tweak the CSS to give me the desired look and feel of the 5 pages. There's one page where you'll be doing a simple PHP tweak to move a hard coded field so it appears in the middle of the "injected" html. Deliverables: you'll send me the new template folder, along with the tweaked HTML that will appear in the templates. The tool is attached. Along with detailed specifications of what I need the 5 pages to look like in a .txt file in the .zip. *** My goal is to have this done by end of day on Friday (Pacific Time). I'll be selecting a bidder Friday Morning when I wake up, Pacific Time. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. ## Platform Apache/PHP
