dll for moving pictures (animation) of pictureboxes

Enclosed is a sample project that has four picture boxes. What needs to be done is have a dll that when used would move the picturesboxes (animation) to its destination. To see an example of what I mean, goto <[login to view URL]> and choose Hearts. If you play a game on it, you can see what I mean (when someone wins the trick), it moves all the cards to the person winning it. There would be other uses as well (when there is a game and a piece needs to move from one location to another). The methods needed are these: 1. resetpictures 2. clearpictures 3. movepictures (picture to move to) 4. addpicture (picturebox) 5. addborder (picturebox, color, size) 6. clearborder (picturebox) the property should be how long it should take (in milliseconds). This should use some type of bitblt or method so it would run just as fast on a slower computer than on a faster computer. So should not just use the timer or pause functions. Can be done in any language but must be COM enabled and be able to be called from VB 6.0. The sample needs to be modified to show this working. ## Deliverables The compiled dll and the source code for the dll and the sample application modified to show this working properly. ## Platform Windows XP, Windows 98, Windows 2000
