An OCX for displaying tif or xif files

What I need is an OCX Active X Control to display tif or xif files. The properties it needs is path of file, page number, the number of pages in the document, and the viewtype. For the viewtype, the possible types would be make it fit the size of the OCX screen, fit height, fit width, or full size. The default would be fit screen. The image on the screen must look exactly as professional and sharp as it does when viewing the image using Wang (windows) Imaging with Windows 2000 or Fax Viewer that comes with Windows XP. The methods would be open, rotate, and save. Must work with Windows 2000, and Windows XP Home Edition. Also a sample application to show how its used. I need the source code part only for the sample application. The OCX can be done with another language but all parts must be compatible with Visual Basic. The sample project sample must be done with Visual Basic. Using the Wang Imaging Components does not work with XP and even though it works with Visual Basic, alot of the quality is lost when viewing the image when using the components. Attached are 2 images for example that are sharp when viewing them using the Windows Imaging. Must be just as sharp with the OCX. ## Deliverables 1) The complete OCX and the source code for the sample project. 2) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). Can be done in a different language but all parts must work properly with Visual Basic when using the OCX with that. Images must be as sharp as the ones attached with the Windows Imaging Application.
