I require:
(1) a simple technical document (.doc file) that clearly lays out the CONSTRUCT of Google Chrome Cache entries and how they are added to the cache, and
(2) a VERY BASIC application (either VB/VB.NET/C#) that can "step" through each entry in the cache and display each entry's attributes (e.g., URL, last visited timestamp, visit count, etc).
Google has posted C/C++ open source code that identifies classes and functions that deal directly with the cache files. I have already identified the files in question and have a pretty good idea of how the files interoperate.
What I need is for a coder to pick up where I have left off, review the source code, and CLEARLY describe how cache artifacts are stored (managed) and how they are constructed. The end product should be a simple word document that clearly spells out the above.
NOTE: The successful coder may be called upon for similar projects in the very near future.
