Creating small application with ActiveX MozBrowser

We need someone to create an application using the MozEmbed ActiveX object. This is completely compatable with the Microsoft WebBrowser ActiveX object. The application must open a window with the ActiveX object embedded. It will then load our url into the document, there is no further navigation necessary. When the window is resized the ActiveX object needs to resize also. When javascript requests a window be opened with [login to view URL] (or openDialog), the application needs to launch the window at the requested size. The application should also respond to [login to view URL]() requests. The window should respect the following options given in the [login to view URL] function dependent,close=no,centerscreen. These are mozilla only options, but they should be possible to replicate easilly. Dependent makes the window appear in the same taskbar(like a sub window) and centerscreen centers the window, close=no means there is no close button. The chosen coder will need to provide the full VS project file and instructions on how to recompile and distribute (including scripts to register/install the activex object on the client machine) More details on the MozBrowser object can be found [here][1].
