Our software currently records live video from a webcam using Windows Media Encoder; it saves the output to Windows Media 9 with an Audio and Video stream.
I need our software to be able to convert this WMV to MPEG2 (as Windows Media Encoder doesn't support saving directly to MPEG2); our software already uses an MPEG2 encoder that uses a DirectShow filter. Upon doing this, we need to be able to burn the MPEG2 file to DVD
Look forward to receiving your bids.
