Coldfusion custom tags for file uploads

A coldfusion server has basic security tags disabled. Need a replacement for cffile to allow secure file uploading. cfx_file is used but does not support uploading. The custom tag must offer security. The tag will have a username and password attributes which will be authenticated against an ini or text file that contains the directory and subdirectories that allow the uploaded file to be uploaded in that area only. Users can't upload the file to anywhere else on the system ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
