I need a library for windows (DLL) and linux (SO) that will allow me to do the following. 1) Detect incoming calls, and allow me to answer the call if I choose. 2) Receive Touch Town sounds over the modem, and convert them to valid characters (0-9 and #) 3) Be able to send Touch Tones through the modem (simulate touching buttons) 4) Be able to simulate the "Flash" button (as used for Call Waiting, or 3 way calling) 5) It needs to be easy, and straight forward to use. My intended use, it to be able to call my computer. When my computer picks up, I want to be able to dial in a new number, followed by the pound (#) key. When I have done this, the program would "FLASH" over to a new line, complete these 5 steps. It should give no more than 15 seconds before it hangs up. Step 1) Flash over to a dial tone Step 2) Enter #90 Step 3) Repeat the number I dialed (including #) Step 4) Wait 2 seconds and hang up. Step 5) To make sure the line is dead, it should pick up the line again for 1 second and hang up again.
