Basic ATL template

What I need is quite simple, yet specific. This is my first attempt at requesting bids. I need a simple smartphone/pocket pc application that consists of 3 mostly empty dialogs. This is basically just a template. The dialogs: Dialog 1. The first dialog that opens upon starting the application is just blank. I would prefer no taskbar at the top of the screen if possible. Pressing the soft key 1 will open dialog 2, and pressing softkey 2 should hide this dialog and return to the OS. This dialog should be connected to a class called CMainDialog. Dialog 2. Will consist of 2 scroll boxes, 2 check boxes, 2 buttons. Pressing either of the buttons will open a new instance of Dialog 3. Pressing either softkey should return to the maindialog. This dialog should be connected to a class called CSettings. Dialog 3. taskbar text: "Items in List", Softkey labels: Done, Cancel. Pressing either soft keys (done,cancel) should return to the Dialog 2. This dialog should be connected to a class called CEditList. Other requirements: 1. The program should consist of 1 binary and no extra dlls. The same binary should run on both smartphone and PPC. 2. Ending the maindialog in any way besides opening the other dialogs should minimize the window, but keep the process running. 3. Starting the application again should find the previous instance of the maindialog if there is one and reopen it. If none exists, a new one is created. 4. All the code should be clean and standard with no extra classes and extra wrapper classes. 5. I should be able to open the project with Visual Studio 2005, hit compile, and run it on my device. No extra installations should be required (except an ATL install which I already have) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows Mobile 5, Smartphone, Pocket PC
