Audio data converting

Hi all!

Hi all! What I need is a few functions that will let me convert chunks of .wav data (from buffers) into different files formats. What I want to achieve is real-time recording in compressed audio format. For now, I have these functions for .mp3 and .ogg so, don't bid for these please!

I've implemented the recording part, using waveIN APIs. So, the I should have the following functions:

xxx_Initialize(... all settings that I must put go here-frequency,channels,bitrate and such...)

xxx_OpenFile(path to the xxx format file)

xxx_ConvertChunk(a chunk of raw data that waveIn gives,the chunk's size)

xx_CloseFile

xxx_Initialize shall set all settings of the xxx format

xxx_OpenFile shall open the xxx file on the HDD and write the xxx header.

xxx_CovertChunk will convert a chunk of WAV data that is taken from my from waveIn

xxx_Close shall close the xxx file therefore everything is done

Please, keep in mind- I do not need functions that will convert existing .raw or .wav file into .xxx format.I need functions that will allow me to convert chunks of data...i.e. in real-time.

1) The amount of $ that you require. The lower it is, the better chances you have to be accepted!

2) The time you need to complete it.

3) What is the format you can do it for. If more than one- list them all.

4) What DLL(s) and 3rd party code/controls are you going to use?

ALL CODING MUST BE DONE IN C/C++!
