Arcade game for Smartphone SPV

This is the first of many games that I want to have developed for the Orange Smartphone SPV and it's based around a simple scrolling shot-em-up. I have included some screen shots of the type of games I am interested in, these include arcade classics like 1941, Commando, Goldrunner on the Atari ST, etc. and could possible make some simple Flash animations to show what I want. There is to be 10 levels of play, each one harder than the previous. The user must be able to fly/run through these levels, moving left and right and up and down the screen whilst shooting in the direction of their movement. The player must shoot the enemy planes, etc. that come close [only one hit should be requried to kill the enemy] and then there is a BIG enemy to fight at the end of each level [requiring many hits]. The enemy planes are allowed to shoot back at the player, but the player can be hit several times before they die. Also if the player runs in to the enemy then it counts as one hit from a bullet. The player starts of the game with three lives, each one with enough energy to be hit several times before they die. The player can also collect energy "things" to replenish their energy, or also to add bigger weapons. Their energy must be displayed in a slider of some kind. Other things required are full graphics, etc. and scenery maps, and, although it's a 2D game, I would prefer it if there were some kind of textured feel to the scenery, etc. and possible some basic animation on the characters [planes, etc]. I think you get the general idea, and more information can be supplied on request. The developer who can complete this game will also get the first option on future games as I intend to set aside a $1,000 per month budget for the development of these games. If the price is too low then please let me know, I am negotiable [not too much though]. I am interested in a version for the Nokia 7650 and SonyEricsson P800, but this will be another project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Platforms for this first version will be the Orange SPV [Smartphone 2002 OS], although I would also want it for the Ericsson P800 and Nokia 7650 at a later date. ## Deadline information I am interested in developers who can deliver demos / work in progress examples, etc. as fast as possible. I need to get this completed ASAP. The developer[s] also need to be very good at providing feedback and be willing to support newer versions, etc. and extra developments at a later date, with more budget of course.
