Discreet audio monitoring tool

I have posted this work before but the coder failed to respond with a finished program. I have several offices with sales people and receptionists I currently monitor using netmeeting, which is a horrible waste of bandwidth sinc ei need only to receive audio and not send. Here's what i need. A program to transmit audio data from a USB webcam, and also from the microphone on the sound card. I need to be able to switch this while listening, because one device monitors the room, and the other will listen to both ends of the conversation. I need this to use as little bandwidth as possible but still be able to hear everything CLEARLY. I need both a "recorder" and a "player" the recorder will be at the microphone location, and the player will be at my home which only has a dialup connection. I need to connect over the internet. I would also like to have the option to record the sound whenever there is noise in the room, with the option to record on the "player" end as well ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Audio quality must be satisfactory. ## Platform windows 98/nt/2000/me
