We need an IVR writen that will do the following 1. ask the caller about 10 pre recorded questions 2. record complete call question and responces 3. Save call as callerid-unquieID-date-time I have attcahed sample IVr. I will provide recordings. recording numbers will be recoding name. Also IVR will issue unique ID as verifcation number Your verification number is unique ID Please respond to this posting with "what up Dingo" So i will know you have read it.

what up Dingo. can do this. cost with web for upload that 10 questions. if need multiple ivrs -cost +100. if thoose questions is static, cost is 450.
