It is an application for a proxy server in a LAN, which allows the administrator to insert images into the client's browser screen. We are working on beta version but one bug is still missing to be solved, which is: The group of inserted images should appear just once, but the problem is that in some websites these images are appearing more than once. The websites using iframes are causing us problems, the program is set to add the images html just once after <body> tag (which is being done correctly). But in these cases the images are being added to the source websites indicated by the iframes, which causes our images being shown instead of the original ones. The HTML is being programmed with PHP, when client connects to server, client get the html code snippet and submitted by the server, then the [login to view URL] inject it to the browser (using C++ code).

Greetings, I am a consulting data engineer experienced in web-oriented API design and software quality assurance. EDIT: After reviewing the requirements, I have drafted a solution to this problem -- already functional and ready to demonstrate. The fix is in the form of a PHP function, to be called right after the HTML snippet has been generated. All other parts of the system can remain intact. EDIT: The fix is based on highly customized javascript (jquery) code. It can co-exist with other javascript / jquery code from the original HTML document, WITHOUT causing any clash. Once awarded the project, I can deliver the fix effectively immediately. The bidding time frame of 2 days is reserved for emerging new requirements and improvements. Feel free to contact me through private messages to discuss.

Hi, I must say i don't quite get the description of the project - what do you want to be done exactly ? Recently i had similar project -> showing images into client's browser by admin . I used websockets and nodejs for it and it worked. It was something like this : admin has list of all users connected and he can send an image to specified user . tell me more about the project and maybe i can help. I don't deal with C++ though - only PHP/Javascript/HTML regards Jakub Bernatowicz

You could inject something in all iframe urls, then you use it on the proxy to detect if the document is inside an iframe and avoid duplicating the image. Alternative 2: You inject a javascript that will only load the image if you're not in an iframe. Alternative 3: I'm not sure if the http referer is usefull for detecting iframes, but would look for that. Let me know if any of this was useful for you.
