change local admin passwords on workstations using ADSI

I need an application that will do the following (done in VB6 or vb.net) using ADSI: -enumerate all the machines in all domains (get a list of all computers on the network). -connect to every machine and change the local admin password to a strong random password (8 characters long) every 90 days. a. need to first find what the admin account name is (in case user renamed it) probably using the account sid. b. reset the admin password to a random value (each computer should have a unique password) only if the last reset 90 days or greater. c. Connect to a sql database and store the password and computer name in database. The password should be encrypted in the database. d. If could not reset a password for a workstation store that in database as well. e. The solution should be able to reset admin account passwords for NT, XP, and 2000 operating system machines. Create a web page (asp in vbscript) so that I can logon and retrieve admin password for a specific machine. The info should come from the database in a decrypted fashion and only display it on the webpage. Please be sure to fully document source code. I will be learning from what has been written. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform The solution should be able to reset admin account passwords for NT, XP, and 2000 operating system machines.
