Design and Programming of a Membership-Based Sales Site

A web developer/programmer is needed for website design and back-end programming to enable website visitors to create accounts and start selling merchandise on the internet. PHP/ASP or similar language that can enable new member sign-ups, seller store control (administration of listings, canceling, uploading/starting new sales ads), discussion forums, faq sections for buyers and sellers, search functions; optional buyer account creation to store multiple shopping carts; control section for website owners to administer seller accounts, policy section, announcements section, and others as planned. ? Extensive advertising is planned once the site is live and fully functional, so timely periodic website updates may be required; also, new site features could be added as the site becomes more successful, and additional contracts will be extended for that work. ? [login to view URL] ? ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done in time specified and agreed to. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
