Deluxe-Menu Expert and web page initial creation

Hello deluxe-menu and Web Experts; I have a new site i am doing and i have the initial layout and design. I need the menu created in deluxe-menu ([login to view URL])? and the site table created and chopped up in asp.? I also need a style sheet.? Really easy for an expert I just do not have the time.? Also I need this QUICK! ## Deliverables I need the menu in Deluxe-menu This is important.? I need the .js files included,? Also this must work in .aspx layout and be clean. Everything you need is in the PSD file, also there are jpegs to show how the navigation will work.? also there is a [login to view URL] that has more explanations.
