Debug serial port issue in IIS

Hi Coders I am working on X10 home automation code from the following article: <[login to view URL]> everything seems to work fine i.e. I can turn the light on and off.I encounter a problem when I try to make this solution as web [login to view URL] button event firesup fine first time but if I do it next tim eit throws exception:"access tp pathe "COM1" denied. but when I restart the IIS it works [login to view URL] for every event I have to restart [login to view URL] my understanding something is keeping the [login to view URL] alive and not relasing it unless the iis is [login to view URL] anyone has done similiar thing or have experience in x10 please look into this project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
