Database SQL scheduler using (VB Component and ASP)

I need someone to design a Visual Basic (VB) com object to work with a small ASP page. The ASP page will have several inputs that are submitted to a VB com object. The VB object will do all the work for the ASP page. When a person clicks the submit button, the com object will receive the input from the ASP and run the query (the query will run completely on the server). In addition, the user will have two options. Run Query Now or Schedule Query. If the user chooses to schedule the query, the SQL statement should be delayed from running. The scheduled query should at the time specified by user. Requirements: 1. ASP Page (provided) 2. Test Access 2000 database (provided) 3. Visual Basic 6.0 component 4. Component will run on IIS4 server Payment will be escrowed and release upon completion. A bonus will be offered if job is completed prior to deadline. Note: keep in mind, this is a test prototype, this is only a sample database. When the component is complete it will be applied to true business data tables. The true business data has several million rows. Note2: I have attached a zip file with the ASP Page and the database file. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
