Database Programming

I am looking for a programmer to create (4) four databases for an aquatic website. These databases will profile fish, plants, shrimp and algae. The design has been completed, they just need to be coded. Again, the design part is completed. The consultant here will be doing the programming of the design in the links above, and according to the specifications in the PDF. You should have experience developing databases with mysql/php. Please note relevant project experience, estimated costs, and completion time.
