Create a company registration and search module.

I will need he creation of a module for my website that will allow companies to register their information, ie. username and password, name, address, phone, certifications, areas of expertise, etc. I would like them to also upload PDFs of their certification into their profile. I would like these companies to have the ability to login later to make any changes/updates to the information their provided upon registration. On my admin end, I would like to b able to do searches and run reports on the various information provided by the companies who registered, and be able to export my results in pdf or excel format. The files included are screen shot examples of the pages I would need along with the registration inormation I would like to collect from the registering companies.
