Create Simple Real Estate Listing Website

We'd like to redo our existing real estate site using a more modern look & feel. We are thinking it should be done in PHP or ASP. Currently ours is done in ASP. Will have the following pages: - Homepage: with menus, drop downs with search, a listing of all properties, a small image map and some text. The search will refresh the list of properties, based on the drop down selection. - Property Details page: Each property in the listing will be a URL leading to the property details page. This page will have an image (optionally addt images below), zoom/image viewer, details about the property inside tables, color-formatted, the address, the GPS coordinates, a link to Google map, and a link to the site plan (a high-res image of the property layout). There will also be a demographic image and a list of all the available spaces, with the space #, square feet, width, and a link to a photo. -About us page -Activities page, this will be a listing of events with a banner We will also be needing a CMS to maintain the data, with a login and access to all the fields and upload the images. We like to have a simple yet modern CMS. We are open to ideas. We need a quick turnaround and expect you to be involved in the long term. This is not a hit & run project. We will review your feedback. We like for you to have Skype and remain communicated throughout the lifetime of the project.
