Clone of KIA website with your template

I need a clone of the KIA website/with a your templat that you will implement on an exisitng Mitsubsih site. Need to get a unique design very close to to the KIA website with the fuctionality of the flash on the KIA front page. I need to get the flash designed with the menus and exactly how it is on the frontpage. Need this incorporate in your template. The rest of the site will be used in the theme with its existing components on the mitsubsihi dealership site you will be working on. The site you will be implementing your template for is an existing ASP/MS SQL and it has its own custom CMS. If you are not an expert in FLASH and ASP - Please do NOT bid then. The design will need to have the flash easily updateable on the frontpage, so i could change links and images, please have the images load from external source for example from XML or whatever you think is efficient, Need the flash to be fast loading. Please I need a unique web design meaning no premade templates from [login to view URL] and so on. They flash needs to be fast loading and the the rest of the site could be in html and CSS, it uses SSI in its design, the CMS works of by adding pages and creats drp down menus so if you could get the get the DHTML menus to be more compatible with other browsers and fade tha would be great. Just need the site to look vry different than it is now. Remember the site needs to be fast loading. very attractive for visitors to come back to.
