Clone/Hybrid script for dating website plus template

I have researched a variety of competitor sites; the dating/matchmaking scripts available; and the prices of those scripts ...as well as the bids for dating websites and clones here on GAF. I have found three dating scripts that I like, and I have listed the features that I like about each. I have found two dating websites that I like (design and function), and have listed the features that I like and dislike. I don't want a clone so much as a hybrid, with a more original design, so as not to violate copywrite infringement. The budget is based on bids that were placed for similar listings (including a listing for a clone of [login to view URL]), and the price of scripts that have many of the features I like. I am willing to go over the budget if experience/rating and the proposal/explanation accompanying the bid is reasonable.
