CMS TEMPLATE plus back end COPY

We would like pretty much a copy of [login to view URL] - although the content and graphics will be different - the site structure (front and back end) suits our needs. We would like the ability to use the flash space on the home page to run a promotions CMS area There will be two login areas - SHOP and a separate one for Clients to access secure information. The back end OS e-commerce capability for clients - this would be same as [login to view URL] - although we would like to search for product by vendor, product category and product. It need not link to our accounting software but at some stage this would be good. I am not sure but I think the shop is "zen cart" We would like to be able to control the login content visible information like a CMS for secure file access and support for groups of users and / or specific users. The secure area would allow us to provide for price scales based on group and user. I would like to improve the search for products to include a similar product finder to the one at [login to view URL] This would of course have three fields CATEGORY, VENDOR and then a product drill down.
