Business Idea: ASP-Project for the german market

HI there my name is Patrick Gilles and I am a german student (Business Administrations). I will end my studies in February 2004 and I am planning to found an enterprise for the german market. I worked for several companys in gemany and at for Monster Deutschland ([[login to view URL]][1]) as the designated Alliances Manager. At present I am writing the business plan for my business idea. I have a very good idea and the contacts to several partners in germany. The idea is to setup a ASP-Portal which could stand-alone and will be connected to the SAP HR- and the JDEdwards HR-Solutions. Money will be earned by every transaction which is processed. Discussions with partners showed a high potential of my business idea. BUT: I`d like to start up without any credit or venture capital but with a broad network of partners. That means I could not pay much money for any developments in the beginning but I could offer a profit participation. Start of the business will be February 2004 Exitpoint (if no business progress could be made in germany) will be the end of August 2004 (important to limit any risks). to-do's: I guess that a developement of the ASP-Solution will take nearly 6 months. The database structure must be designed (estimated 300 tables), some robots and surveying tools must be implemented, the core must be programmed, and interfaces to SAP R/3, JDEdwards and other Enterprise Applications must be developed ... Even so a Server to host the ASP-Solution must be configured and activated. Design, Layouts etc. will be done in germany by a good friend of mine.
