Bartering Site or Good Clone

I am looking for a bartering system or clone of a system that provides specific features. Adjustable fee structures for all features. Simple registration and simple banking system where members can deposit money into their account. An internal contact/email system where all members contact each other through the bartering system. A feedback system similar to EBay and others after a trade is complete. Profile pages built in. I use the "LinkPoint" system for merchant account so I need that built in, as well as PayPal. Both "Wanted" and "Offering" listings. I would like this built into a complete site. I have a complete document written with more details but I am completely open to suggestions. I have NO IDEA what this would be written so I'm sorry if I picked the wrong things. Please note: Because of a past problem I've had on this site, I will need to see a partial working model or something before sending a deposit and full payment when the project is finished. I am very wary of being cheated again. I will only send payments through PayPal. I will NOT send wire transfers. I'm very easy to work with. Only serious freelancers should reply.
