Auto Email Staggering

We have a customer loyalty rewards program which emails monthly statements to clients with balances and other information. At this time, all emails go out on the 10th. We are experiencing a problem with servers denying emails due to the massive amounts going to certain mail providers. We need to try staggering customer emails in 2 to 3 batches per month.

We need assistance in this area and other areas as well. These emails are run through an SMTP server.

I will gladly answer any questions with regards to the project. The ideal candidate should be versed in ASP.net and SQL Server 5. Should have experience and be able to implement industry standards.
