Asp.net Theme - Skin

We are building an adjunct site to our main site at <[login to view URL]> The adjunct site will be a data driven asp.net site. We want a Theme and Menu developed that will provide attractive asp.net controls to match the color and font scheme of the main site. In the attached Visual Studio 2008 site, we have set up a framework for developing the theme as well as menu. A basic theme called TIC_Theme (from a different project) has been provided as a starting point. In the [login to view URL] page, a gridview, detailsview, and formview have been set up to connect to an Access datasource. A login page has a sample login form. Please modify the skin and stylesheet in the theme to provide an attractive style for these controls to match the appearance of the main site. Data Driven menu control with functionality and appearance similar to Telerik RadPanelBar a. Must be able to read menu elements from database b. Color scheme to match rest of site. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
