Please note I am a consultant with many clients the winning bidder will be invited to do additional work in the future, so please bid competitvely and, keep in mind this will lead to many more projects. ***_this is a unique custom made afilliate program with its own back end and admin control The site is_*** [***[login to view URL]***][1] ***_ _***This afilliate program is custom in that the prices for the items will be dynamically changed based on the decision of the afilliate/ and or the webmaster admin back end So the prices will be one thing, then a cookie will recognize a click sent by the afilliate and change the price of the items by a percentage amount based on either the admin backend or the afilliate admin. The reporting system will be standard with reporting for clicks sales and payouts. The admin backend will be standard with one exception. Each transaction is manually handled so a sale will have to be reported through the backend admin once the credit card has been charged, which will lead to the afilliate getting a sale in his account and a pending payout showing in his account. The prices on the site will all be dynamic meaning a surfer will have standard pricing for example $100 no afilliate payout, if an afilliate sends traffic and the afilliate chose to receive 30% payouts the customer will see the price as $130 and the commssion will be 30% of the sale in the afilliates account. I WILL BE USING THIS PROGRAM IF IMPLEMENTED SUCCESSFULLY WITH MANY CLIENTS, so although certain elements have to be customized based on each shopping cart and style of website, I WILL BE ABLE TO USE THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER ON MANY FUTURE PROJECTS, All additional details such as the content of custom emails and reporting will be explained if you open a message board and bid on the project ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
