I am seeking an experienced programmer to develop a software application that searches the web for Affiliate and CPA and CPM products based on keyword search terms.

On that web page please go the video labeled 'The Offer Vault' and watch it closely to understand the functionality I require in my application.
OTHER INFORMATION:
• This application can be either desktop or web based application, however as this application will be used by many users, it must be able to be hosted on the individual users PC.
It is NOT be an app. that is hosted on my servers for users to access.
• The User Interface should be very user friendly, but NOT so closely modeled on the 'offer vault' example.
• The application is to be 'dynamic'. As affiliate, CPA and CPM offers are constantly changing, so the app. must also return the most up to date
• The various affiliate, CPA, CPM sites searched within the app. are to be as the 'offer vault' example, plus the following additional networks are to be added into the app.

Functionality variation:
• The offer names returned are to be hyperlinked direct to the offer by mean of an additional function column 'View Offer'
Only programmers who have had experience and a solid track record in developing web search, web crawling or data mining type applications should bid.
