Add a few features to a search/results page

I need the following: 1. Automatically update the data tables with the data from the FTP text files (13 files total) (this will be set to happen on a daily basis at approx 6 AM EST) 2. Have a results page that pulls all the residential listings that meet 1 specific criteria come up before the current Search page. This page will look like the current results page. At the top and bottom of the page, there will be a button that will take the user to the current Search Page. 3. We need to have all pictures that are associated with each house to be viewable (on both results pages). This should be similar to <[login to view URL]> (see the ability to show extra pics if available) You can see the current search/results page at <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> I will be selecting a coder in the next 36 hours. As this shouldn't be too hard, I would prefer to have done by Sat evening (EST). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
