Active Directory/ASP.NET work

Okay, here's a list of what I need now. It's from an existing project.

1) I have some code that works with Active Directory (AD) to check whether a user typed in the correct login information (written in VB). This program returns a True/False value. I also have an [url removed, login to view] site. I need that site to send an encrypted name/password to the VB program and get back the True/False. The program will be on one server, and the website will be on another, but all within the same "server farm" so to speak.

2) I need the project to be tested on the servers. Login info will be provided.

3) I also need you to add a small bit of code that will check an Access database for a record. If it's not there, it will go and check a SQL Server database for it. If it finds it in the SQL database, it will add it to the Access database. If it is not in the SQL database, then it will notify the user that the record doesn't exist.

Can you do it?

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
