ASP/SQL Website Upgrade

We are a software company that provides an online e-commerce system to the office coffee, vending, water, and refreshment industries. Our software includes an administrative site (admin) in which our clients can view activity and perform some administrative tasks for their e-commerce site. In the admin, our clients can view/add users to the system, view online orders, perform various searches, generate reports, manage products, etc. We recently redesigned the entire admin to have an updated look and feel. However, this new look and feel is not functional - it is a static XHTML and CSS site as of now. We need a coder to code this static site and make it dynamic using CLASSIC ASAP, Javascript, and MS SQL. The core functionality will stay the same and the coder can use our current admin's code as a guide. The one change we are making is that many pages are going to incorporate AJAX (to be posted later as a second project) so the user has a more seamless experience in the admin. ## Deliverables Our admin consists of about 30 Classic ASP pages that need to be converted into the new design. Required Languages: Classic ASP, JavaScript, no third party components Required Database Knowledge: MS SQL Server Final Product should work in IE 6.0+ and Safari/Firefox Browsers The coder can develop live on our own server. This is preferred because our web hosting company allows only very specific connection strings, functions, etc to be executed. They only allow for one type of ASP Mail Routine - so if you develop on your own server, it will have to be delivered to our server and tested for complete compatability. The coder should be able to have access to some type of chat program to communicate questions and answers during the development process. We will provide a detailed document of what pages need to be completed and what current page's code you can use to reference for SQL table names, field names, etc. While you don't need to be creative to bid on this project, please note that the coding should not change the look and feel of the static content templates. The paging code in the current admin does not work properly. We would like new paging code to match the new design. The admin is also McAfee Secure (formerly Hacker Safe) certified. All the input fields still need to validated and scrubbed to keep our McAfee Secure certification. The code also needs general cleanup. There are many functions, etc. that are no longer used and should be taken out if removing them will not change how the admin function.
