ASP.NET upload progress bar(repost)

Hi, I have a page on my website where I upload an image using **HtmlInputFile** and ASP.NET **[login to view URL]** class, you can see it here: <[login to view URL]> (**_notice:_** the page is in Hebrew though its obvious where you choose the file and you upload using the white ImageButton below "browse" button.) What I want is that on the cell right to the upload ImageButton when you press upload it will have a progress bar which will show the progress of the uploading process and the bitrate of the uploading process, when finished it'll just continue with the genuine script (you can see what happens at the moment when you start to upload, it just uploads at the background and then continues with the photo order). I need this progress bar to be made as a custom control (ascx) so I can easily put it whereever I want and through the properties just contact it with the ImageButton (Or the LinkButton). Please give me Ideas on how to do this as I'm also a webmaster and an ASP.NET coder. With the Ideas please give your bid. It should be so complicated to achieve.
