ASP Mail

I use a hosting company called [url removed, login to view] they support ASP Mail. This ASP Mail allows forms to be filled out on a website and submitted. I have used the post method but I want something more professional. I would like to get the results of the form sent to me and the results need to be easy to read. Also, on page of the website is refer a friend. I would like a view of my site to be able to fill out a form which would could send an e-mail to another person stating something like " I thought you would be interested in this site [url removed, login to view]". The e-mail would then be copied to myself and also be sent to the person being referred. Access to the server will be given. A non-disclosure agreement will need to be signed and returned after bid acceptance.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
