ASP/ASP.net Yah Items Query Display

Hello! This is a project where you need to query an access database and display some results in HTML. The parameters for the query are stored in the database itself. SOme of the query parameters and output will be japanese language text, whicih must display properly. However, you do NOT need to know japanese in order to do this project. The project is described in detail in the attached .doc file. You MUST read this .doc file carefully and ask questions before you bid.
