Convert JPGs to PDF's

Budget for project is $30. I need it completed with 5 days of when you receive the files. I have many zip files that I need converted in PDF's. Each zip file is a book or part of a book (each page is a seperate jpg image.) You will notice the books are broken down into sections (into a few zip files to make file transfer easier. ) Example; Instead of one zip file containing 125 pages – the book is broken into 3 or 4 zip files. I need you to make a separate PDF (1 PDF) for each separate book. Example – below are two separate Books – the first is “Let Go Vol 1” the second is “Let Go Vol 2”. I need the entire “Let Go Vol 1” book put into one PDF (that contains pages 1-73. I also need the entire second book to be put in one PDF called “let Go Vol 2” that contains pages 1-74). Let_Go_1_page_1_to_20 Let_Go_1_page_21_to_40 Let_Go_1_page_41_to_73 Let_Go_2_page_1_to_20 Let_Go_2_page_26_to_50 Let_Go_2_page_51_to_74 There are a total of 59 zip files. Contained in those zip files is a total of approx 1500 pages.... It really should not be a very difficult job if you have a JPG to PDF converter. I need the files returned to me via my email address (file sizes I can receive in one email is max of 25 Megabytes.) You can send me the completed files individually or in zip format as long as each email does not exceed 25 Megabytes.
