I Can make your job respected sir in a fast time and with great results, i already more than 10 forums.

I believe I can do this in 3-5 days, but I'm posting 10 days in case something unexpected occurs (like needing more input than originally expected). I've implemented many forums over the years in various technologies (.Net, PHP, Ruby on Rails, etc), so I'm confident that I can get this done without any major difficulties. The only thing I would need from you is a mockup or example of the theme in question so I know which direction to go as well as a bit more detail about the features of the forums.
