Changing image while reading from DB

I'm looking for someone to update an existing control. The control now displays images from a database and changes on page refresh. I need the images to change every 2 seconds without a page refresh.
Needs to work with PC and Apple devices.

i have developed similar kind of project in which images were drawn from database and apply some modification on them like writing names etc.
