Dear Developers, Required to build web/windows based application or any built solution that is capable sending bulk emails. We have excel sheet contains around 50,000 email ID of individuals. Following things needs to consider while come for project discussion. 1. Sending emails required to go properly recipients inbox folder not spam folder. 2. How we can ensure it reached inbox safely ? 3. While we send emails using your solution, does ISP or email providers(gmail,hotmail etc) block your program ?. 3. If ISP or email providers is black listing our IP, how we can remove black list , usually what is the policy we need to follow. 4. If solution is web based, then where we need to host, do we need to hire virtual server etc. 5. Do we need to set up any customized SMTP server or program. Please response those who already have good experience by making these types of applications. Payments: 1. Through freelancer escrow method.

hi my friend, im an expert .NET developer...id like to work wit you in this project...We could create: 1) a software that can run in any computer connected to internet and send mass mails to multiple recipients by extracting emails from excel file...or 2) create a web based solution website from where you will be able to send mass mails to multiple addresses..
