Dashboard page .NET

Hi, I need someone to create Dashboard page, which has to be developed in .NET c#, I just need a simple design but functional, so you should create the DB in MS SQL with require tables and relationships, check the attached file it has all information you need, you should create, the watch list with with tables need it, economic indicators (tables), portfolio, and the chart with the table to plot the prices. i need this task completed in 1 day. if you have experience this job can be completed in maximum of 8 hours. use entity frameworks and all the code should be very well commented and easy to understand. see attachment file thanks
