It happened on development machine or production machine? If on production machine, how did you set the permission of application folder? Are they write-able or read-only? Change it to write-able.

Could you send me part of code which generates error? Or, easier if you send all code? So, I will know what happened. This could be an easy update as I suggest it is about permission problem.
