CheckOut / Payment Exit Page

Need a visually nice payment/checkout exit page (.NET and asp) that will have all the Cart info, Personal info and Shipping Info on top and in the bottom a "How do you want to pay" section with different payments options in big buttons/icons : Credit Card, PayPal, Moneybookers, GoogleCheckout, WorldPay and Bank transfer. I want these nice big buttons to scroll horizontally because i do not want to clutter the page. Once they click on any payment option, i want a brief description of each payment type along with the corresponding form that needs to be filled, to appear IN THE SAME PAGE.
I need this payment page along with the script that will process each one accordingly.
Some of the info needed for the form data might already be available (cookies or session information, or information stored previously in a db) and some will not.
