Scraping Project This project is to scrape approximately 300,000 restaurant address records from an online site. The name of the site will be given to those bidders that ask. A record will consist of the following fields: 1) Record_number 2) Restaurant_name 3) Street_address 4) City_name 5) State_abbreviation 6) Zip_code 7) Restaurant_rating The records will be scraped by state in the US. There are 50 states, plus Washington DC, for a total of 51. All data from this project must be submitted in a CSV or MySql file using the field names above, to be merged with an existing database. All duplicate records must be removed. Data should be submitted grouped by states, with 10 state files at a time. To insure that the correct data is being scraped, the freelancer will submit one state of their choosing within the first 4 days of projects. This will be reviewed to insure the integrity and format of the data meets our requirements before going any further. This project must be completed in two weeks from date of project award. If you cannot meet this requirement, do not bid on this project.
