Do for me a RESTFUL by ASP.NET core + entity framework MVC with XAMARIN ANDROID + IOS

I have two databases (sql server and mysql) on hosting > again 2 databases.

each database has two tables >

first table's name = users (userid, username, useraddress) the field userid AUTO_INCREMENT

the second table's name = images (imageid, imagename, image, userid) the field image = Image or Blob, imageid = AUTO_INCREMENT and userid take it from users table (first one)

I need someone to do RESTFUL by ASP.NET core + entity framework MVC with XAMARIN ANDROID + IOS Very easily almost one controler that work fine with any databases and response JSON format

In XAMARIN will do two activities > android + ios apps. each app connect with database once sql server and another mysql for android + ios

first acivity has two edittexts one for username and another for useraddress, insert username and useraddress after click insert button insert the data in the table users, then take the userID for current user and display the second activity

the second activity has two edittexts also one for imagename and another for userid the edittext for userid just display from first activity and imageview to select the image from gallery and write image name then click insert button to insert data maybe one or two or many images for a user to images table .

the first activity has listview that display just userid, username and after click on listview should display on the edittexts .

also the second activity has listview when I type the userid in the second edittext and seach should fill the listview by imagename that for the userid and after click on the listview display imagename and image on imageview.

How many days and how much to implement its?

(Attention to security and speed in dealing with the server)
