I am a freelancer and a graphic designer in nature and have excellent skills on it and can design almost any graphics under the sun. But sadly I don’t have an excellent coding skill. I do the graphics and I need someone to team up with me excellent in mobile development. I will my refer my client to you to do the mobile development in exchange of some commission in your part. (Please state how many percent can you offer to me). I might have other projects to come and I want to establish a good relationship with you. I will select this day if I find the right developer.
He already have a design for it, we just need it to be built. URGENT! He have designed a wireframe or prototype MVP of the application & would like to make it operational from the user experience side. Its a VACATION RENTAL MANAGEMENT app. Ive attached a preview of how the "pages" will appear and currently we have 30 we would like to create. I have "stories" and visual content however it will need to be changed up for a simple & easy to use user experience (more on the tech side.) I have images I will share via dropbox and open to purchasing more if needed . More importantly he need to incorporate google api maps and other website sign in info integration. Also, Id like to be able to integrate calendars and smart home systems such as kevo, ring, & nest. This is a time sensitive project and needed done within this month.

Can you check and see if we can have 'user login' using their vacation rental advertisement site (airbnb, vrbo, homeaway, trip advisor, [url removed, login to view], etc.) so we can have access to their calendar and guests information. This will be important for our customers to be able to schedule our service staff with this automatic integration/ import. To securely automate the check-in process. We can provide remote check-in by installing a smart lock or lock box. These allow our guests to access the property when they arrive and revoke access after their departure. Here are two options we use:

This is highly professional and hope i can find the right person to do this job.
