Need game app built. (budget $750)

create a simple card game for android and ios. Please check attachments for designs and functions. Need multiplayer, a payment gateway, connection to ad network, facebook connection, and in app purchases. game works like this: The game is called knock. Each player receives 2 cards, they each look at there hand and of the 2 cards 1 is higher than the other. Like say 1 person has a Queen & a 2, and the other person has a King and a 9. Out of the 2 cards you have your person with the King would win. Your trying to bluff and see if you can beat the other players. The difference between knock and blackjack is your only looking at 1 card out of the 2, and there's no hit, stand or blackjack. If a player has a pair like a pair of 4's the pair would beat the King & 9, but a higher pair beats a lower pair. This is also a gambling game. So if the bet was .50 cent the loser would have to pay $1 for the next round if there's only 2 people playing, but if there's more people playing each person that knocks and thought they could win end up losing has to pay for each player and everyone else receives free ride until there comes a time where no one knocks against the dealer. The dealer has the advantage of knocking last. In the development of the game I'd like for it to be where players could enter a lounge based on minimum bet and have about 10 player to a lounge.
