Delivery App for Restaurant - Android and iPhone

I need a Delivery App for an Ice Cream Shop that I own. The app should be available for Android and iPhone devices. The basic purpose of the app is to offer a better delivery service at my ice cream shop. Right now, the phone is always ringing, annoying clients and distracting employees (which have to answer the phone, write down the order, etc...). Plus, we don't end up getting a lot of deliveries because the phone is always occupied. So, this app should solve these problems. The app should have 2 interfaces: 1. The client The client should be able to: 1.1. Select the city where he is ordering from (we operate in different cities). 1.2. Browse our menu. 1.3. Select what he wants to order. 1.4. Know the cost of the order + the cost of the delivery (depending on where he lives the app should calculate it automatically). 1.5. Know the expected time his delivery will take (I have thought of many ways of doing this, but I'm open to new ideas; I'm thinking ways in which the app does this automatically). 1.6. Know the status of his delivery after ordering (Received, Confirmed, Delivered). 2. Our shop We should be able to: 2.1. Receive every client's order at a tablet or computer (preferably a tablet). 2.2. Confirm the order if everything is OK (at this moment the client should receive an email and message telling him that his order has been confirmed). 2.3. Update the status of the order when it's on its way to the client (at this moment the client should receive a message as well). ------------------------------------------------ 2.4. Send special promotions to our clients through notifications or emails. 2.5. Add new sections to the app in the future (example: gallery of pics...) 2.6. We will begin offering this service at one city, but afterwards will be expanding it to other cities.
